Pricing

Jeff’s billable rate is $80 per hour. This applies to on-site, remote, and telephone support. Time is billed in 30 minute increments.

For on-site support, a minimum of 1.5 hours will be billed, with an additional $40 to be charged to cover travel costs and travel time.

Cancellations without 24-hour notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
